Bag of Holding is a free, AI-powered multiplayer Dungeons & Dragons game. An AI Dungeon Master guides your adventures, generates narratives, creates scene images, and manages game mechanics. The service is provided as a hobby project and is under active development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, manipulate game mechanics, or cheat in ways that ruin the experience for other players.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in chat or voice.
• Use the service to generate or distribute hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence.
• Deliberately attempt to make the AI generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the AI prompts or system instructions.
• Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

All game narratives, character backstories, images, and other creative content are generated by artificial intelligence. This content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or occasionally inappropriate. We apply content filters but cannot guarantee perfection. The platform is not liable for AI-generated output. AI content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. User Content

Characters, game data, chat messages, and other content you create belong to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the game experience. We will not sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the service.

7. Intellectual Property

Dungeons & Dragons is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. This game uses rules from the Systems Reference Document (SRD) under the Open Game Licence (OGL). The Bag of Holding platform, its code, design, and AI integrations are the intellectual property of overengd.dev.

8. Service Availability

This is a hobby project under active development. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or availability. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your game data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
